If there's any issue with the item upon collection, it should be returned immediately. Depending on the customer's decision, either a full refund will be given back or the item will be replaced.

For delivery, we do quality check before items are handed over to our dedicated runner. Items will be packed with care to prevent damages. Should there be any issue, kindly contact us within 2 days upon receiving of your oders.

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are only issued for damaged / faulty items.
